Bank Downtimes Updates

Bank Downtimes Updates provides you with an overview of various downtimes grouped across different payment methods on your Razorpay Dashboard. You can view the latest status of downtimes for netbanking, cards, and UPI at any point in time. You can also view instrument details for downtimes such as Cards Network, Issuers, Banks, and UPI handles in the Bank Downtimes section on your Razorpay Dashboard.

View Downtime Details🔗

To view bank downtime:

  1. Log in to the Razorpay Dashboard.

  2. Click Bank Downtimes in the top menu.

  3. Click View Details next to a payment method to view the associated downtimes. This screen displays the following information:

    • Instruments related to the payment method.

    • Upcoming maintenance activity.

    • Past 30 days incidents, with downtime date, duration and severity levels.

Handy Tips

  • The status is auto-refreshed every 5 minutes.
  • You can also do a manual refresh after every 30 seconds.
