Subscription Dashboard - Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel a subscription from the Dashboard. You can either cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancel Subscription via the Dashboard🔗

To cancel a subscription from your Dashboard:

  1. Log into the Dashboard and navigate to Subscriptions.
  2. Click the Subscription Id you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription. You can choose to either cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. Click Yes, Cancel.
