Razorpay supports the following business types:

LLP | LLP stands for Limited Liability Partnership. It is a combination of partnership and corporation. The partners have limited liability, which means that the partners' personal assets are not used for paying off the company's debts. | Dental offices, auditing firms, financial advising services, business consultancies and so on. |
NGO | A non-governmental organisation (NGO) is a non-profit group that functions independently of any government. NGOs are organised on community, national and international levels to serve a social or political goal. | GOONJ β a voice, an effort, Help Age India, Smile Foundation and so on. |
Partnership | A partnership is an arrangement between two or more people who agree to be the co-owners, distribute responsibilities for running an organisation and share the income or losses that the business generates. | Law firms, physician groups, real estate investment firms and so on. |
Private Limited | A private limited company is a business entity held by a small number of people. It does not offer stocks for sale to the general public. | Google India Pvt. Ltd., Parle Products Pvt. Ltd., Malabar Gold Pvt. Ltd. and so on. |
Public Limited | A public limited company is a business entity that has limited liability and offers shares to the general public. | Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Steel Authority of India Ltd., Oil and Natural gas Corporation Ltd. and so on. |
Sole Proprietorship | This business entity is owned, controlled and operated by a single individual who is the sole beneficiary of all profits or losses and responsible for all risks. | Small businesses such as a local grocery store, a local clothes store, an artist, freelance writer, IT consultant, freelance graphic designer and so on. |
Trust | A trust is a fiduciary relationship in which a trustor gives the trustee the right to hold title to property or assets for the benefit of a third party, the beneficiary. Trusts are established to provide legal protection for the trustorβs assets. | A beneficiary may transfer property to a trustee and grant them the right to manage it. |
HUF | HUF stands for Hindu Undivided Family, which consists of all persons directly descended from a common ancestor and includes their wives and unmarried daughters. A HUF cannot be created under a contract, it is created automatically in a Hindu Family. | Haldiram's Private Limited. |
