1. What is ePOS?🔗
ePOS (Electronic Point of Sale) is an Android-based mobile app that acts as a POS (Point of sale) to accept payments from your customers. Using ePOS you can accept payments from customers either at the store (by the cashiers) or at the customer's doorstep (by the delivery executives).
2. What is a Payment Link?🔗
Payment Links are URLs that you can send to your customers through SMS and email. The customers can click on these links to make payments.
3. What payment modes does ePOS support?🔗
ePOS supports the following payment modes:
- Debit/Credit card
- Netbanking
- UPI
- Wallet
4. Can I share the Payment Links using other apps?🔗
Yes, you can share the Payment Links using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
5. Can I try ePOS in Test Mode?🔗
Yes, after you log into your Razorpay account you can try ePOS in the Test Mode.
