Integration Steps🔗

1. Signup for a Razorpay account.

2. Submit your KYC, and if we need any further clarification, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp, SMS and email.

3. Once our team completes KYC verification and you are enabled to accept payments, we will send a confirmation on WhatsApp, SMS and email.

4. Once your Razorpay account is activated, click on this link to access the Razorpay Secure plugin on your Shopify store.

5. Click Connect.

   

6. Click Install app.

   

7. You will be redirected to a landing page. Click Existing merchant.

   

8. Click Login. Handy Tips
   Make sure you login with your owner credentials to connect Razorpay with Shopify successfully.

   

9. Click Activate Razorpay Secure on the activation screen on your Shopify Dashboard.
   

   

Razorpay Secure now appears as a Payment Gateway on your Shopify Store checkout.

This completes your integration.

Verify Payment Status🔗

You can track the payment status from the Razorpay Dashboard, subscribe to the Webhook event or poll our APIs.

Verify Payment Status From Dashboard🔗

1. Log into the Dashboard and navigate to Transactions → Payments.
2. Check if a payment_ID has been generated and note the status. In case of a successful payment, the status is marked as captured.
