List of states of a Payment Page and their significance.


There are two states a Payment Page, Active and Inactive. Given below is an illustration of the life cycle of a Payment Page.

Active

Indicates the Payment Page has been created and saved. You can accept payments using this page. You can edit this page.

Customers can start making payments through this Payment Page.

Inactive

Indicates the Payment Page has been deactivated or has expired. You cannot accept payments using this page.

Customers can no longer make payments through this Payment Page. You can reactivate the Payment Page to start accepting payments. There are three ways to reactivate the Payment Page:

  • Update Stock.
  • Update Expiry Date.
  • Click the Reactivate button.
