  1. How do we use Thirdwatch? Can we get a demo?

    Thirdwatch currently works in an automated manner. You can explore the Thirdwatch dashboard, which is easy to use. If you still face any issues, please write your query to Razorpay Thirdwatch team.

  2. Do we get the historical order details on the Thirdwatch dashboard?

    No. You can view the order details on the Thirdwatch dashboard since the time you installed the Thirdwatch application.

  3. What are the charges for the Thirdwatch application?

    Thirdwatch offers a 1-month free trial. Post that, we charge 0.3% of the order value for all orders. We do not charge any recurring or installation charges. These charges are billed automatically via Shopify.

  4. Does Thirdwatch use our data? Is our data secured with Thirdwatch?

    Your data is safe with us. Thirdwatch learns from the data and provides insights. Thirdwatch is PCI and DSS-compliant and strictly adheres to the guidelines set by the PCI Standards Council.

  5. Orders on Shopify are not syncing with the Thirdwatch dashboard. Why is this happening?

    Thirdwatch gets the orders placed only after the installation of the application. It does not get orders created in the past. If you still face issues with order syncing, please raise a Support ticket with us.

  6. How does Thirdwatch help in reducing RTO?

    Thirdwatch flags risky orders and helps you to make the right decisions reducing RTOs.

    1. After an order is placed, Thirdwatch analyses the order information and flags risky orders as red-flagged orders along with the reasons.
    2. You can check the order flags along with risk reasons and then either approve or reject the order.
    3. If the risk reason is incomplete/incorrect address, you can edit the order and make appropriate changes.
  7. How do I activate PrePay CoD?

    Log in to the Thirdwatch Dashboard -> Apps. You can configure the various options and then activate PrePay CoD. Handy Tips:
    You should be using the Razorpay Payment Gateway for using this feature.

  8. How do I activate Order Confirmations?

    Log in to the Thirdwatch dashboard -> Apps. You can configure the various options and then activate Order Confirmations.

  9. How do I stop the Thirdwatch service?
    🔗

    To stop the Thirwatch service, uninstall Thirdwatch App on Shopify. You are no longer charged after the App is uninstalled.

  10. How do I deactivate Order Confirmations/PrePay CoD?

    Log in to the Thirdwatch dashboard -> Apps. You can configure the various options and then activate/deactivate PrePay CoD and Order Confirmations.

  11. Can I approve or reject orders on the Thirdwatch dashboard?

    Yes, you can approve or reject orders on the Thirdwatch dashboard which reflect on the Shopify dashboard.
