Description

Razorpay Thirdwatch

Razorpay Thirdwatch is a state-of-the-art fraud detection tool with functionalities across different e-commerce parallels like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. Thirdwatch, with its AI-powered engine, helps merchants detect and profile fraudulent users, suspicious orders, incomplete addresses, and more. It also allows merchants to flag suspicious orders and prevent Return-To-Origin and Cash-On-Delivery fraud.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD is one of the most preferred payment methods in India. It allows buyers to make payments for their purchases via cash or card at the time of delivery of their orders.

Return to Origin (RTO)

RTO refers to the non-deliverability of an order and its return to the merchant.

API Key

All Thirdwatch APIs are authenticated using your API key. Every API request must contain the API Key X-THIRDWATCH-API-KEY in the header. To obtain an API key, you must create a Thirdwatch account.

Device Fingerprinting

A fingerprint is a unique hashed string identifier that is generated by combining the hashed values of several device parameters. Thirdwatch’s Fingerprint Software Development Kit (SDK) generates this identifier for the user and passes it to Thirdwatch. When a customer tries to purchase on your website, Thirdwatch creates a unique fingerprint using user, IP, and device details. This helps Thirdwatch flag fraudulent orders.

Promo Code

Promotional codes are alphanumeric strings that online stores offer to encourage purchases on their website.

WebGL

Web Graphics Library or WebGL is a JavaScript API for rendering interactive 2D and 3D graphics within any compatible web browser without plug-ins.
