You can send money to cards using RazorpayX Payout to Cards feature. This feature is available only via APIs. To make a payout to a card, you need a card number and the cardholder's name. Payouts to Cards can be initiated via IMPS, NEFT, UPI or card modes. IMPS, NEFT, UPI payouts are processed via traditional banking rails whereas Payouts via 'card' mode is processed via Visa Direct or Mastercard Send.

If the payouts are made via cards that are not mentioned in the list, the payout creation request will fail.
You can use payouts to cards without a compliance certificate in Test mode upon request.
