The Order Report helps you consolidate the list of all the orders where the customers updated the shipping address.

The Order Report data can either be exported as a CSV or XLS file. The report includes details, such as order status, order time, order id, total order amount, and updated address details.

To download the Orders Report:

1. Log on to the Thirdwatch Dashboard.

2. Select Analytics → Reports → Order Report.

3. Select orders with Addresses updated by customers option from the drop-down.
   
   

4. To download the report, click:

   • Export CSV
   • Export Excel
