The Payment Report helps you consolidate all the payment-related information for the customer's payments made by using the Payment Links. It provides details of payments that were made in the selected period. You can export all your transaction data on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

The Payment Report data can either be exported as a CSV or XLS file. The report includes details, such as order id, Payment Link status, payment id, Payment Link created at, payment method, payment status, and total order amount.

To download the Payment Report:

1. Log on to the Thirdwatch Dashboard.

2. Select Analytics → Reports → Payment Report.

3. Select orders with All payment link status from the drop-down.
   
   

4. To download the report, click:

   • Export CSV
   • Export Excel
