Mobile number, PAN number, DOB, and Aadhar number are required for registration. The mobile number and Aadhaar number are verified via OTP at registration.

5. What is the platform fee applicable for Walnut 369?🔗

We charge 3% as the platform fee for cardless EMI transactions by default. The same is applicable for Walnut 369.

6. What minimum and maximum transaction amounts can customers pay with Walnut 369?🔗

The maximum transaction amount is ₹40,000. The minimum transaction amount is ₹900.

7. What are the minimum and maximum transaction limits for the customer?🔗

Walnut 369 decides it dynamically after evaluating the customer's profile.

8. Does the customer need to make any downpayment when paying with Walnut 369?🔗

Yes, the customer must pay the first month's installment as advance EMI.

9. What is the rate of interest?🔗

The rate of interest is 24% p.a. for all EMI tenures.

10. How does the repayment work for Walnut 369?🔗

Walnut 369 will remind the customer every month before the repayment due date by auto-raising a request on the UPI app, with the UPI ID used to make the advance EMI payment.

11. What would be the flow of partial or full refunds?🔗

The standard process of claiming refund and partial refunds at Razorpay is followed.
